While the employees are wonderful and do a good job and prices are reasonable, it made me uncomfortable to witness an employee have their significant other at the job while the partner was asking other customers for food or lunch? It also seemed she was there for a while. I tried to come up there twice after a couple of hours hoping she was not there and she was.

I had made an appointment with the dealership for some issues I was having with my Rogue, but they couldn't get to me before I had to take a drive to SC. I had gone to Tire House before for a couple of tire issues, but did a little research and saw they also do other repairs, so I decided to stop by and see what they had to say. The guy behind the counter was very patient as I described what was going on and went out to take a look. He then had my car pulled in and he said there were some panels loose under my car that could've been what I was hearing. I wasn't convinced that that was all it was, and even though he could've claimed it was something deeper and more expensive, he assured me my car was safe and only charged me a little over $30 for the tightening of the panels and the inspection of the wheels/undercarriage and under the hood. He was right, the noise was gone after that. I'm so thankful because the dealership would've charged $100 before even diagnosing. I already get tires from them, but I will make them my first stop from now on for other car issues I have.

We took our Silverado 1500 to tire house today. The mechanic in the bay area ( didn't get his name but he was standing in the garage around 1030 when my partner pulled up) came off rude because he accidentally park in the wrong area. His tone was rough when he asked my partner to move it to a different location. When my partner exited his truck, he greeted him but he provided no greeting or acknowledge him. During the whole time my partner was there he did not acknowledge him in any way. My partner went to another rep inside that was more polite and helpful. The mechanics working in the bay area should be trained on better customer service as they may be the initial contact for customers. We have used this company prior with no incident but today's behavior was unacceptable and needs to be addressed.

Tried to do a state inspection and they were on point "Not Ready", they said run the vehicle for at least 50 miles, hover in right at 55 mph and don't fill up your tank. Bring the tank down to 3/4 to 1/2. 1/4 of a tank will fail as well. Very good professional. Honest and straight to the point. No BSing at all. They could've have taken me for a ride and upsell me the state inspection with made-up stuff just to collect from that extra dough but no. Not even close. These guys are super serious. I've seen them tell other customers "hey come here and look what's happening or here's the source of your troubles, you gotta get that fixed pronto, don't play around". I recommend them big time π.
